Position Summary

We are seeking an elite, highly technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead with 10+ years of robust experience to steer the design, architecture, and deployment of our enterprise-grade healthcare platforms. This is a hybrid role demanding a strong technical foundation in .NET Full Stack architectures coupled with seasoned Agile delivery management. A major focus of this role will be driving product evolution inside the Healthcare Information Management Systems (HIMS) domain. The ideal candidate ensures engineering health while simultaneously organizing sprint teams, aligning with medical informatics stakeholders, and safeguarding critical compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Architectural Governance (40%)

• Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for end-to-end .NET Full Stack ecosystems (C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server).
• Oversee the design of highly secure, responsive front-end applications developed in modern frameworks like Angular or React.
• Ensure healthcare platforms are optimally hosted on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native best practices for high availability and scalability.
• Establish code review standards, enforce robust automated testing workflows, and champion secure engineering principles to safeguard sensitive healthcare telemetry.

Project Delivery & Leadership (40%)

• Own end-to-end application lifecycle management (SDLC) across cross-functional engineering teams using a structured hybrid workspace framework.
• Lead sprint grooming, daily standups, backlog management, and release planning via Azure DevOps or GitHub enterprise environments.
• Conduct technical risk assessments, systematically identify delivery bottlenecks, and manage resource allocation to hit critical product milestones safely.
• Act as the primary interface translating complex clinical and business requirements into crisp, actionable technical roadmaps.

HIMS Domain Execution (20%)

• Leverage a deep understanding of Healthcare Information Management Systems (HIMS) to optimize clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and patient management pipelines.
• Direct the implementation of complex health data interoperability frameworks (such as HL7 or FHIR standards) to ensure seamless data exchanges.
• Enforce strict regulatory governance aligned with medical standards, keeping software updates audit-ready and secure.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Backend Engineering: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, Microservices, and secure API design.
• Frontend Architecture: Solid mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript alongside hands-on architectural experience in Angular or React for designing responsive, user-friendly portals.
• Data & Cloud Governance: Deep database management skills in SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing optimization) paired with practical Azure cloud infrastructure configuration.
• Project & Agile Management: Advanced mastery of Scrum/Agile ceremonies, risk mitigation matrix tracking, capacity planning, and CI/CD automated release pipeline governance.
• Healthcare Informatics (HIMS): Functional understanding of hospital workflows, EMR integration modules, and standard data interchange mechanisms (HL7/FHIR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a closely related technical domain.
• Proven track record with 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3-5 years driving execution in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead capacity.
• Prior domain experience working on large-scale hospital networks, health tech SaaS platforms, or core Healthcare Information Management Systems (HIMS).
• Professional project governance certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) are highly advantageous.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (such as Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer) are a major asset.
