Job summary

People Impact in India seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 12-18 years of experience in US healthcare to drive end-to-end project delivery in a hybrid setup (Chennai / Hyderabad). The role demands leadership, strong governance, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Working hours are 3 PM - 12 AM, with a 3-day WFO pattern. Mandatory: US healthcare exposure and PMP certification or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of Project Management experience with US Healthcare exposure.
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and consultancy/BD background are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management with Program Manager/Director for enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders, prepare presentations and cost analyses.
• Oversee governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving measures through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate clearly from top to bottom to enable seamless execution.

Mandatory Skills: Project Management 5+ years (No Operational Profiles, only Functional Experience Candidates), US Healthcare minimum 3+ years.

The key responsibility of the PM is to work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects owning end-to-end project management. PM’s exemplify our core behaviors and create an environment for a successful team. This is an individual contributor role more of Business PM who works with senior leadership in identifying and executing enterprise level initiatives & projects. Responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of problem statements including data analysis, interpretations, solutions, stakeholder coordination, presentation preparations, excel based analysis to identify cost savings and working with clients for approval/implementation of problem statement which gets converted to Enterprise level projects.

Role And Responsibilities

• Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives to the projects that are initiated in different departments
• Manage the project/program governance framework
• Preparing & presenting progress/issues/budget to the appropriate Steering Committee
• Facilitate seamless flow of communication from Top to Bottom and the other way around for seamless execution of projects at Project/Program & Enterprise level
• Manage cross- functional team of resources
• Draws on reason and logic in making a case
• Actively seeks ways of improving current methods, systems, processes and structures
• Points out redundant steps in methods or procedures to bring in best practices

Requirements

• Looking for 12 -18 Years experience in Project Management with US Healthcare Mandatory and end-to-end life cycle experience
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Healthcare Management, Insurance industry business and operational knowledge.
• Consultancy /BD Experience with project management.
• Healthcare Business Analyst background.
• Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision
• Strong Leadership skills along with Planning skills
