Project Management Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience.
• Overall professional experience of 15+ years.

Target Skill Mix

• A balanced mix of:
  • Technical/Overall Project Managers (40%)
  • Healthcare Domain Project Managers (60%)

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
• Healthcare certifications such as AHM 250, HIPAA, or other relevant healthcare domain credentials are highly preferred.

Hands-On PM Experience

• Candidates must have performed in a Project Manager role, leading project delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Profiles with experience primarily as Business Analysts, Developers, or project team members without direct PM accountability should be avoided.

Communication & Business Engagement Skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and actionable delivery plans.

Work Hours Alignment

• Willingness and ability to work within the agreed US business hour coverage model.
