Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution for internal and external clients. You will lead planning, monitor schedules, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and drive on-time delivery while managing risks and change orders.

• Lead execution with engineering and procurement; ensure documents approval and customer specs are met.
• Establish a project review process; run weekly reviews and deliver monthly progress to customers.
• Monitor project receivables; coordinate with finance for timely invoicing and payments.
• Track changes and claims; manage change orders throughout project execution.

Job description

Your role also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end to end processes and project for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on task to be performed; and monitoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skills development, professional growth, and overall success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning : Actively involved in Order Transfer Meeting (OTM); evaluates the PO commercially, discusses discrepancies, and highlights it in order acknowledgement. Develop project schedule in due consultation with stake holders involved in (France, USA etc..). Lead the Project KOM identify the Key issues- Risk involved. Establish communication channel with stake holders.

• Execution : Lead the execution with all stake holders. Co-ordinate with Engineering and Procurement team for documents approval. Work closely with Project Managers and utilize Sundyne standard documents and make appropriate modifications to accommodate the customer's specifications.

• Monitoring & Control: Establish and maintain a robust project review process. Lead weekly project review meetings with all stakeholders and submit monthly progress reports to customers. Identify and assess risks, implement appropriate mitigation actions, and pursue opportunities for upselling and cost savings. Escalate key issues to management and ensure project execution remains on schedule. Attend client meetings, coordinate inspections, and obtain all required documents and compliance approvals before shipment.

• Accounts Receivable: Proactively monitor all project receivables and coordinate with the finance teams at the relevant locations to ensure timely invoice and payment collection.

• Claim Management: Track all project changes and claims, promptly communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders, and manage resulting change orders throughout project execution.
