Job summary

Suzlon Group seeks a capable Site Execution professional for wind energy EPC projects across India. The role focuses on executing projects, planning, coordinating vendors, and ensuring safety and quality are maintained at site level.

Candidate should have 4–6 years in wind/renewables, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively to project sites. ERP/Primavera/MS Project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in Wind, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Power, or Industrial Projects.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, and contractor management.
• Good understanding of project planning, safety standards, quality systems, and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, ERP, or related systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites across India.
