Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 12+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in Project execution in reputed organization.
• Experience in Project Management of E&I/CI projects including supply, installation & Site services.
• Executed project value > 25 Cr.
• ERP knowledge and proficiency in MS Project/ Primavera/ Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Project execution, coordination, meetings, and handling technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal site team.
• Develops systems for planning, scheduling, budgeting, billing, and cost control to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure effective execution by implementing processes, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and prevent cost overruns through planning and cost-control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, vendors, contractors, customers, and internal departments.
• Maintain contractual obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB PURPOSE This position supports the Project Execution Department in India and is responsible forensuring smooth execution of project billing, documentation, and site administration activities. The role involves managing and reconciling all internal and external invoices, maintaining commercial and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring proper coordination for timely project execution and compliance.

MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES

• Timely completion of projects within approved budget and quality standards.
• Achievement of monthly billing targets and timely submission of invoices.
• Reduction in project cost overruns through effective cost-control measures.
• Timely collection of customer payments and maintenance of healthy cash flow.
• Submission of accurate MIS, costing, operational, and billing reports within defined timelines.
• Improved customer satisfaction through effective coordination, issue resolution, andcompliance with contractual obligations

ROLE LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate will be based at Kolkata.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jharkhand, with travel requirements exceeding70% of working time.
• Flexible to visit customer sites, partner locations, and industrial projects as per businessrequirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for project execution, coordination, conducting meetings, and handlingtechnical and commercial discussions and decisions with customers as well as theinternal site execution team.
• Develops systems and procedures for project planning, scheduling, budgeting,billing, execution, reporting, commissioning, resource mobilization, and costcontrol, while ensuring successful and timely execution of projects.
• Ensure effective project execution by implementing proper processes, systems,and procedures while monitoring project progress and taking corrective actionswhen required.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely executionwithout cost overruns through proper planning and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, CommissioningEngineers, vendors, contractors, customers, and internal departments for smoothproject execution.
• Maintain contractual obligations, monitor customer inputs and feedback, andensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing targets, cash flows, invoice dispatches, and timely collection ofpayments from customers.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports, costing reports, operational reports, billingreports, and ensure compliance with quality standards and industry practices.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Graduate in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronica having 12+ years or moreexperience in a similar kind of role.
• Should have experience in Project execution in reputed organization
• Experience in Project Management of E&I /C&I projects including supply, installation & Siteservices
• Must have executed Project value more than > 25 Cr. at least
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage
• Engineering & Commissioning experience will be added advantage
• ERP knowledge and Proficiency in MS Project / Primevera / Power BI is required
• Fluent in Business English, both written and spoken
