Job summary

Capco Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to work on complex TPRM initiatives for global financial clients in Bengaluru. You will contribute to risk assessment, requirements gathering, and defining design options while delivering user stories in an Agile setup.

Experience with payments journeys (Domestic/International) and API analysis will be a plus, as will proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Ability to implement and manage changes to BAU with stakeholder adoption.
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge preferred (Retail/corporate).
• Experience gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements; defining design options.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and delivering in Agile.
• Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.
• Experience implementing payments (Domestic/International) customer journey.
• Knowledge of API analysis is a plus.

• Experience of effectively implementing and managing both business and technology changes within an organization to ensure a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU), including successful change adoption by both external and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry and domain (Retail/corporate- both is preferred)
