Detailed Job Description:

As a Project Manager supporting The Wits Lab in Pune, India, you will take full operational, strategic, and tactical ownership of end-to-end project delivery lifecycles, sprint planning, client relationship management, and resource estimation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining project plans, tracking budgetary estimates, allocating cross-functional engineering resources, driving continuous process improvement, and managing change control frameworks across multiple concurrent client engagements. You will operate in a collaborative agile environment while collaborating closely with executive leadership, global stakeholders, distributed development squads, and pre-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, estimation, and delivery management across enterprise IT initiatives.
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, driving continuous process improvement, sprint velocity, and change management governance.
• Manage multiple concurrent client relationships, global stakeholders, and distributed software engineering teams with exceptional leadership.
• Drive pre-sales discussions, technical scoping, proposal estimation, and client solution presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor project financial performance, budgetary adherence, timeline milestones, and deliverable quality metrics rigorously.
