Luxoft is seeking a Senior Project Manager in India to work closely with client leadership, including Directors and MDs of the testing service line. The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, strong expertise in managing large-scale programs, and deep understanding of software testing practices.

You will oversee timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables while communicating status to executives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex program initiatives and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Testing background to facilitate collaboration with Testing managers.
