Luxoft is seeking a senior Project Manager (12+ years) to lead high-visibility programs in Gurugram, India. You will coordinate with client leadership, Directors and MDs, and drive delivery across multiple teams. Strong testing knowledge, stakeholder management, and financial oversight are required.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, risk management, and strategic alignment with business objectives for successful delivery outcomes.

Formación

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing and driving large-scale projects and programs.
• Good understanding of software testing practices, testing methodologies, and different testing models.
• Strong expertise in tracking and managing project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience overseeing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ability to prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex program initiatives and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly status reports to Directors & MD of the testing service line.
• Engage with client leadership and executive sponsors to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between testing managers and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance.
