Job summary

World Wide Technology in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large complex engagements across multiple streams. You will drive detailed planning, control resources, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 6+ years in project management within professional or managed services, with external customer-facing experience and PMP/CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment.
• Preference for experience with Global Financial customers.
• Experience in Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security or Collaboration PM.
• Multisite deployment experience (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, etc.).
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of project management.
• PMP and/or CAPM certification is desired.
• Understanding of financial processes; ability to analyze and report, preferably in Clarity.
• Extensive experience in people management, strategic planning and change management.
• Proven risk management experience and effective leadership communication.
• Understanding stakeholder analysis and its application.
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Experience influencing and leading personnel; ability to write business reports.
• Strong team-building skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Proficiency with project management software is desirable.

• Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security or Collaboration (Unified Communications) Project Management experience required
• Multisite deployment experience (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, etc.)
• Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• PMP and/or CAPM certification is desired
• Understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports preferably in Clarity
• Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning, and change management
• Proven experience with risk management; demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to leadership
• Understanding of and the ability to utilize the process of stakeholder analysis
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
