Job summary

Luxoft in Gurugram is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead critical client initiatives with the leadership team, Directors and MD. You will drive large-scale programs, oversee budgets, risks and timelines, and report to executive stakeholders. Strong testing and coordination across multiple teams are essential.

The role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, plus a proven track record in delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and programs.
• Good understanding of software testing practices and models.
• Strong tracking of deliverables, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Experience overseeing project financials, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Ability to prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports for leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and functions.
• Capable of leading complex program initiatives to successful delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Testing background to facilitate collaboration with Testing managers.
