Luxoft in Delhi is seeking a senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex client programs. You will coordinate with client leadership, including Directors and MD, and drive delivery across testing service lines through multiple teams.

The role emphasizes strong governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting, with an expectation for clear communication and strategic oversight to ensure successful outcomes.

Formación

• 12+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing and driving large-scale projects and programs.
• Good understanding of software testing practices, testing methodologies, and different testing models.
• Strong expertise in tracking and managing project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience overseeing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ability to prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex program initiatives and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Testing background to facilitate collaboration with Testing managers.
