Job summary

Printlink Computer And Communication seeks a senior IT/Telecom Project Manager to oversee client relationships, governance, and delivery of Telecom/IP-MPLS projects from initiation to closure. Experience includes 10+ years in IT/telecom, 3+ years in project management, and familiarity with ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, governance meetings, progress reviews, and steering committee updates.
• Manage client expectations, align deliverables with business goals, and handle delivery escalations.
• Translate technical updates into clear business insights for executive stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Telecom and IP-MPLS networking project deployment.
• Prepare and manage project plans, risk registers, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure client requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee Operations Maintenance (OM), network uptime, and high availability.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead critical incident management and provide timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.)-
