Job summary

Glow Networks, Inc. is seeking a Project Management & Coordination professional in India to lead planning, execution, and closure of telecom projects.

You will coordinate schedules, resources, and information across internal and external teams, acting as the main contact for status, risks, and issues. You will develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and meeting minutes, while overseeing daily activities of U.S.-based field technicians and ensuring documentation follow-up and compliance

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience in Telecom / Networking / ISP / Managed Services domains.
• Strong attention to detail with data, schedules and field updates.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, cleaning datasets, dashboards).
• Strong operational discipline and ability to meet deadlines.

• Identify potential risks and blockers and drive timely mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope changes and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Track and elevate critical issues to leadership when required.

Process & Delivery Excellence

• Ensure project governance and telecom delivery standards are followed.
• Support resource allocation, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in Telecom / Networking / ISP / Managed Services domains.
• Strong understanding of telecom network components, provisioning processes, circuit delivery, or similar technical workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data, schedules, and field updates.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, cleaning datasets, dashboards).
• Strong operational discipline and follow-through on tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage operations with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in project coordination or project operations (telecom or field services preferred).
• Experience supporting or managing remote/field teams across different locations or time zones.
