Airtel in Kolkata, West Bengal, India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end MPLS service implementations and drive on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage customer dependencies, coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure revenue growth through efficient delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of telecom/ISP project execution experience, strong planning and stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of telecom products and services.

Responsabilités

• Project management, planning and scheduling for MPLS services implementation.
• On time, within budget implementation of the complete project.
• Engage customers to address dependencies & end-to-end delivery per scope of work.
• Enhance service delivery experience and revenue through faster deployment.
• Kickoff meetings with customers.
• Resolve customer dependencies.
• Share Project Plan with the customer.
• End-to-end tracking and monitoring of project delivery.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers.
• Track project stage and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow-ups, escalations and constraint resolution.
• Delivery of third-party media/bandwidth.
• Schedule planned activities with customers.
• Accelerate and maximize revenue via faster deployment.
