We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing web and mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience leading cross-functional teams working on PHP, WordPress, Shopify, CodeIgniter (CI), Node.js, React, and mobile application development. The candidate should possess strong project management, client communication, and delivery management skills to ensure successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Lead development teams working on PHP, WordPress, Shopify, CodeIgniter (CI), Node.js, React, and Android/iOS mobile applications.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into project plans.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical leads, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, quality processes, and best practices.
• Support estimation, planning, resource management, and delivery governance.
• Facilitate UAT, production releases, and post-implementation support.
• Required Technical Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.
