Job summary

Lnsel Software in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead end-to-end web and mobile development projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive delivery, and ensure client satisfaction by translating requirements into actionable plans.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing web and mobile app development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Lead development teams working on PHP, WordPress, Shopify, CodeIgniter (CI), Node.js, React, and Android/iOS mobile applications.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into project plans.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical leads, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, quality processes, and best practices.
• Support estimation, planning, resource management, and delivery governance.
• Facilitate UAT, production releases, and post-implementation support.
