Job summary

A leading technology organization in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure service-level support for the SSO application. The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience, preferably in the Government sector, and will be responsible for troubleshooting service requests, managing resources, and reporting directly to the Program Director of the SSO project. Relevant educational qualifications include B.E/B.Tech or equivalent.

• Experience in Government sector is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure service-level support for the SSO application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests from CDAC and stakeholders.
• Manage teams, resources, timelines, and project execution.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and escalate issues.
• Report directly to the Program Director of the SSO project.
• Report progress to the Program Director of the SSO project.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure service-level support for the SSO application. Being the primary contact for SSO, onboard the departments. Coordinate with eGovernance stakeholders, departments, and CDAC technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests from CDAC and stakeholders.
• Manage teams, resources, timelines, and project execution. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and escalate issues and support service requests.
• Report directly to the Program Director of the SSO project.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Experience in relevant key responsibilities and experience in Government sector is preferable
