Ideal candidates hold a mechanical engineering degree with 3+ years in CFD/FEA, experience in data centre environments, and proficiency in SolidWorks/ANSYS/Cadence tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CFD analysis experience (steady/transient; laminar/turbulent).
• 2+ years of FEA analysis experience (static/dynamic).
• Data Centre CFD simulations and operations experience (desirable).
• CFD tools: Cadence Celsius EC, Reality DC, Flownex, ANSYS Fluent.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site deployment and end-to-end project execution from site.
• Perform CFD/FEA simulations for data centre designs.
• Interpret results and propose thermal/structural modifications.
• Prepare client-facing reports and risk assessments.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects.

Brief Job Description:

Project Site Engineer role involving initial on-site deployment at client Project, managing end-to-end execution, with Mumbai as the base location.

Role & responsibilities

Data Centre Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master's level coursework in Solid Mechanics, FEM, Strength of Materials, and Mechanical Vibration.
• Sound knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Fluid Mechanics, CFD, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics
• Minimum 3 years of CFD analysis experience covering Steady/Transient and Laminar/Turbulence flows.
• Minimum 2 years of FEA analysis experience focusing on Static Structural and Dynamic simulations.
• Experience in external and internal Data Centre CFD simulation and knowledge of Data Centre operations (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in CFD analysis software including Cadence (Celsius EC & Reality DC), Flownex, and ANSYS Fluent.
• Proficiency in FEA analysis software including ANSYS and SolidWorks.
• Expertise in defining assembly connections and integration, including welds, bolts, and contact interactions.
• Specialized knowledge in Linear, Non-Linear, Vibration, and Seismic Analysis using ANSYS.
• Interpret simulation results for base designs and suggest structural or thermal modifications.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing FEA/CFD engineering reports, risk assessments, and design validation presentations.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree engineeringrequired.Mechanicalengineering/ Thermal Engineeringis preferred.
• Ideally3+yearsof relevant experience inmechanical designandproject management.
