Job summary

Affle in Gurgaon invites a proactive Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) to drive mobile adtech and platform engineering initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage agile transformations, and ensure timely, high-quality releases in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, optimize resources, and leverage AI-driven reporting and analytics to improve forecasting and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Communications, CS, or related).
• 5+ years in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or PM roles across software product development.
• Experience with mobile app ecosystems, programmatic advertising, RTB, attribution, user acquisition.
• Led Agile transformations (Waterfall to Agile migrations).
• CSM certification required; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional, cross-geography stakeholders in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making; dashboards, burndown charts, KPI tracking.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Analytics/BI tools for tracking campaign/platform performance.
• AI tools for drafting PRDs and status reports.

Responsibilities

Designation: Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Location: Gurugram, India

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, technically sound Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive execution of mobile advertising, adtech, and platform engineering initiatives at Affle. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, and Agile transformations, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and AI-first environment — ensuring timely, high-quality releases across Affle's suite of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Track and report project KPIs — velocity, release cadence, defect leakage, SLA adherence, Time-to-Market (TTM) — to leadership
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones (India, SEA, North America) for aligned execution, similar to prior experience managing multi-country
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting across multiple projects/teams
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, generate insights from project data, and improve forecasting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) relevant to mobile advertising and user data
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes leveraging automation, Six Sigma/8D methodologies, and AI-driven project intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Communications, Computer Science, or related field).
• 5+ years in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator roles across software product development, adtech, fintech, or enterprise environments.
• Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, programmatic advertising, RTB, attribution, user acquisition, and retargeting is a strong plus.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies, Scrum/Kanban techniques, sprint planning, and backlog grooming — including experience leading Agile transformations (Waterfall to Agile migrations).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance required; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe a plus.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, cross-geography stakeholders in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making ability; comfort with dashboards, burndown charts, and KPI tracking.
• Experience implementing risk management frameworks and compliance processes (relevant background in market conduct risk, regulatory compliance, and internal controls migration)
• Project Management Tools JIRA, Confluence, Trello,— proven hands-on experience across all of these
• Analytics & BI Tools MS Power BI (certified), Google Data Studio, or Tableau for tracking campaign/platform performance
• AI Tools for Productivity Working knowledge of ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for drafting PRDs, status reports, meeting summaries, and stakeholder communication
• AI-Powered PM & Forecasting Tools Exposure to AI-based planning/forecasting tools (e.g., ClickUp AI, Motion, Forecast.app) for sprint and resource planning
• AI-Driven Analytics Ability to leverage AI/ML-based dashboards for anomaly detection, fraud pattern recognition, and campaign performance insights — relevant to Affle's adtech stack
• Prompt Engineering Skilled at writing effective prompts to extract insights, generate documentation, and automate repetitive PM tasks
• Automation Tools Familiarity with Zapier, Power Automate, or scripting basics (Python/SQL) for workflow automation is a strong plus
• AI Literacy & Adoption Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting emerging AI tools to improve project velocity and decision-making — Affle actively encourages AI-first working practices

• Track record of leading Agile transformations and large-scale platform/system migrations (e.g., on-prem to SaaS, legacy to modern systems)
