We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated System and Network Administrator with over 3 years of hands‑on experience in managing IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

System & Server Administration

• Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers and user workstations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain maximum uptime.
• Perform scheduled data backups and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file‑sharing services, and access permissions.
• Implement security best practices including patch management, antivirus updates, and compliance protocols.

Network Administration

• Set up, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Monitor network health and optimize performance by addressing bottlenecks.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Configure and support VPNs, VLANs, and wireless networks for secure connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain both IP and analog CCTV systems.
• Monitor camera health, storage utilization, and recording uptime.
• Coordinate with vendors and security teams for system upgrades or expansions.
• Ensure secure access controls and proper storage of surveillance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Strong practical experience in Windows/Linux server administration.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, etc.).
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

• CompTIA Network+ / Security+
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent
