Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Regulatory to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, especially within the financial or regulatory domains. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful implementation of regulatory policies and procedures across legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to support project execution.
- Assist Legal Entities (LEs) in implementing policies, procedures, and addressing compliance gaps.
- Support stakeholder management through effective documentation and sign-off processes.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and analysis summaries for program stakeholders.
- Oversee project communication and status reporting to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve planning issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Manage project governance, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in line with IT Delivery Framework.
- Prepare project-related documentation including correspondence, executive updates, and annual plans.
Technical Skills
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office, BMC, Confluence, and Azure Boards
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization

- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Candidates with a non-technical background must have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- MBA in IT, Finance, or Insurance are also encouraged to apply (especially for Requirements Engineer/Test Engineer roles)
- Certification in Project Management is preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering IT projects
- Strong experience in financial and regulatory implementations, preferably in CFO/Group-wide systems integration
