You will blend deep technical expertise (.Net, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud) with strong PM skills to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include leading design, driving end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enforcing BFSI security and testing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in software development (incl. coding).
• 3+ years in project management.
• Technical: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, REST APIs.
• Methodologies & Tools: Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, JIRA, Git, MS Project/ClickUp.
• Domain Expertise: Banking, NBFC, or fintech projects with compliance focus.
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, hybrid deployments, API management.
