Job summary

Brillio 2 is seeking a Project Manager with 7–10 years of delivery experience to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage SOWs, and oversee P&L and revenue forecasting to ensure profitability.

You will monitor project performance with analytics tools, mitigate risks, and mentor team members while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• CSM or similar Agile certification.
• 7–10 years of project/delivery management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Project Manager

With 7 to 10 years of experience in project and delivery management, including demonstrated success managing complex programs and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Develop, track, and manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring clear scope definition and effective scope control throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Manage project P&L, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and accurate revenue projections
• Drive program management activities across large-scale engagements, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Handle escalations promptly, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Forecast and track revenue, collaborating with finance and leadership to ensure accurate projections and optimize business impact
• Mentor and manage project team members, fostering a high-performance culture and facilitating professional development

Required Skills
