Job summary

StayVista is seeking a Project Manager in Mumbai to lead hospitality projects from initiation through handover. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to secure procurement, manage costs, and mitigate risks while maintaining guest-ready standards for launch.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at StayVista, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

About You

• Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover.
• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor on‑site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E.
• Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans.
• Identify cost‑saving and value‑engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement, and key decisions.
• Ensure properties are guest‑ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover.
• Strong in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and managing multiple projects.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
