StayVista in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hospitality projects from initiation to handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budgets and quality standards. You will plan, coordinate with architects and vendors, manage schedules, costs, procurement, and risk, and ensure guest-ready properties at launch.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality projects end-to-end from concept to handover.
• Ability to track and manage schedules, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement and deliverables.
• Strong coordination with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• On-site execution monitoring to ensure drawings, specs, quality, safety and timelines are met.
• Expertise in procurement, FF&E and material availability to meet project timelines.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at StayVista, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

About You

• Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover.
• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor on‑site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E.
• Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans.
• Identify cost‑saving and value‑engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement, and key decisions.
• Ensure properties are guest‑ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover.
• Strong in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and managing multiple projects.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
