Job summary

StayVista is seeking a Project Manager to lead hospitality projects from initiation to handover, ensuring delivery within budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity and risk control.

Ideal candidates will excel in planning, cost management, procurement, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on guest-ready properties and operational readiness before launch.

Qualifications

• Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover.
• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor on-site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E.
• Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans.
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement, and key decisions.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover.
• Strong in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects.

Your Role
