• Identify project risks early, understand root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure execution meets timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Conduct site visits and support on-ground execution when required.

Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and driving projects to successful closure. You will work with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies, proactively solve challenges, and ensure smooth on-ground execution.

About You

• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and maintain accurate project trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and on-ground teams for smooth execution.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from initiation to successful closure.
• Proactively monitor progress, follow up on pending actions, and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Identify project risks early, understand root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Take a solution-oriented approach by evaluating alternatives instead of only escalating blockers.
• Ensure execution meets timelines, quality standards, approved plans, and business requirements.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, handovers, and closures systematically.
• Conduct site visits and support on-ground execution whenever required.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
