Job Description

• Coordinate design management with architects and consultants from test‑fit to layout finalisation, 3D view preparation, detailed design and BOQ preparation.
• Coordinate with the client’s cross‑functional teams to gather requirements.
• Support the procurement team with technical confirmations for vendor procurement and empanelment.
• Review the BOQ for accuracy and sufficiency of line items and scope of work.
• Conduct site visits to assess suitability and feasibility of layout.
• Use the client’s systems/online platforms to update project status.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress, resolve bottlenecks and provide work fronts to contractors and client‑appointed vendors.
• Control and monitor site construction works.
• Handle project handover – technical handover and support the cost team for commercial close‑out.
• Implement a change‑management process to track changes and their impact.
• Support the team on smaller assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with online platforms such as Acconex, Planview, Smartsheet (preferred).
• Experience in the retail banking sector is preferred.
