Responsibilities

• Experience in managing complex programs end to end including defining program objectives, benefits, creating roadmap, measuring progress and rollouts.
• Proven experience managing diverse project types such as enterprise platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. Exposure to any domains like Gen AI, IT modernization, digital transformation, ERP or marketing technology is highly desirable.
• Build and develop the global project team to ensure project/product rollouts in different markets, maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines.
