Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for global clients. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. You will work closely with technical teams, monitor project KPIs, engage directly with clients, and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing international projects (US/Europe/Australia/New Zealand), and the ability to identify opportunities for future business growth through effective client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Own the project from start to finish - scope, schedule, cost, risks, and delivery.
  • Build detailed project plans and track progress using measurable milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Developers, Testers, Admins, DevOps and Deployment Teams to ensure quality output.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs, project health, performance, quality, and risks.
  • Manage changes in scope, timelines, and costs using structured verification techniques.
  • Conduct client meetings, status reviews, demos, and handle escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with Architects/Leads for effort estimation and technical feasibility checks.
  • Ensure resource allocation, productivity, and delivery alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and proactively identify future project opportunities with clients.
Skills Required
  • End-to-End Project Management: Strong hands-on experience in defining project scope, timelines, budgets & driving full lifecycle delivery.
  • KPI Ownership: Ability to define and track KPIs for self, project, and teams (developers, testers, admins, DevOps, deployment engineers).
  • Technical Collaboration: Experience working closely with technical teams, asking the right technical questions, validating progress, and ensuring daily accountability.
  • Client Interaction: Confident communication with global clients; ability to handle clarifications, expectations, and escalations professionally.
  • Account Mining (Entry Level): Basic ability to observe customer activities, identify investments, and spot opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Global Project Exposure: Mandatory experience managing clients in US / Europe / Australia / New Zealand.
