Job summary

Leighton Asia seeks experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our JV precast facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. You will drive safe, on-time delivery of precast products while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key duties include project planning, cost control, HSE management, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and leading project teams to align manufacturing, logistics, and erection with schedules and Just-in-Time principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.

As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution.
• Commercial and cost management of precast operations.
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.
• Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
