Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years in precast/hollowcore manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience leading production teams and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations for precast elements and hollowcore products.
• Ensure achievement of production targets and alignment with project schedules.
