Responsibilities

• Supervise daily precast production activities in the casting yard.
• Plan and allocate manpower, moulds, and equipment for production targets.
• Ensure proper reinforcement fixing, shuttering, and finishing.
• Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and stacking activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality approvals.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material consumption to reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain production reports and progress records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Job description

Role Summary

A Precast Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily precast concrete production activities, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery of precast elements such as beams, columns, slabs, wall panels, girders, stairs, and other structural components.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily precast production activities in the casting yard.
• Plan and allocate manpower, moulds, and equipment for daily production targets.
• Ensure proper reinforcement fixing, shuttering, embedment placement, concreting, vibration, and finishing.
• Monitor concrete pouring, curing, demoulding, lifting, and stacking activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality approvals.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and production schedules.
• Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain production reports, DPRs, and progress records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping.
