Job summary

Arvind Envisol Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is seeking a Project Lead/DGM/AGM to manage end-to-end execution of Water & Wastewater EPC projects, including WTP, ETP, STP, Desalination and ZLD plants.

You will drive planning, engineering coordination, contract management, site execution, commissioning and customer relationship management to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution from kick-off to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, equipment sizing, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation teams.
• Handle contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence, quality compliance, and safety culture.
