Job summary

KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd. invites a seasoned Project Manager - New Outlets to drive end-to-end execution of upcoming outlet projects in Hyderabad.

You will oversee from site handover to opening, coordinating civil, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, signage and other works with contractors and internal teams. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in Retail/QSR/Bakery/Hospitality interiors, with strong project execution, cost control, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management experience in retail, QSR, bakery, restaurant or hospitality sectors.
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary trades and vendors is essential.
• Strong ability to read drawings, estimate BOQ, and manage cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - New Outlets to lead the end-to-end execution of our upcoming outlet projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new outlet projects from site handover to opening.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets and execution.
• Coordinate civil, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, signage and other works.
• Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project cost, quality and timely completion.
• Ensure minimum rework and adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchase, Finance, IT, HR and other departments for outlet readiness.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues.
• Ensure complete and smooth handover of the outlet to Operations.
• Handle multiple outlet projects simultaneously across locations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5-10 years
• Experience in Retail / QSR / Bakery / Restaurant / Hospitality / Commercial Interiors preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or relevant qualification.
• Strong experience in project execution and contractor/vendor management.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, project scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate MEP/interior works.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
