Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech or business field and 10+ years IT/tech experience.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on project management experience.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery of technology and RFID-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong IT background, proven project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams including software developers, QA teams, RFID engineers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor project team performance and productivity.
• Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and create a collaborative work environment.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement practices.
• Risk & Quality Management
• Identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project health, escalation points, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions when required.
• Delivery & Process Management
• Track project progress using project management tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk registers, change requests, and closure reports.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources and optimize productivity.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Support process improvements and PMO best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT/Technology domain.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery models.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-level projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with RFID, IoT, enterprise applications, automation systems, or supply chain technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
