Resource shouldhave knowledge and ability to manage multiple teams at site including sitemanagers, vendors and developers. The candidate should have excellentcommunication skills (both written and verbal) since they will communicate witha large audience. Background and experience in project management with maturepolicies and procedures is preferred. Successful candidate will be based out ofGurgaon office and report to Chief Manager Projects. **Job Description-** · **Manage all projects in accordance with Fire, Health & Safety (FHS)Regulations, Cost, Quality and Schedule requirements of business**. · **Track progress of all projects in all stages i.e**., -> Design, Procurement, Construction and close out to ensurecompletion within scheduled timeframe. Identify risks and raise necessary alertsto mitigate identified risks. · Ensure site manager maintainsclose communication with internal and external stakeholders including designteam, architects, MEP consultants, project vendors and site managers tocoordinate for design and site related activities. · Ensure site manager followsSOPs defined for projects delivery · Ensure Project Managementstandards on every project through site manager to create and implement sitespecific FHS Plan, Quality plan, Master Project Schedule, Project ExecutionPlan, Safe work Method statements for key activities in agreement with vendorsand consultants. Tracking of these plans to be done throughout the duration ofprojects. · Ensure site manager followsagreed Quality management system for projects via checklists, sampling, audits& inspections. Conduct Various regular inspections, audits, spot checks tomanage quality of all works at site as well as vendor factories, as applicable.Actions to be identified, agreed and implemented for non-conforming itemsthrough concerned vendors and consultants. · Ensure implementation of FHSplan throughout every project including but not limited to setting up inductionmeetings, Tool box talks for workers, safety signages, ensuring safe methodstatements are signed off and implemented, safety audits, trainings, use ofsafe tools, safety rewards system for compliant workers and feedback on vendorperformance especially FHS for every project. · Ensure timely preparation ofBOQs via AM projects for preparation of cost plan (project budget). Reviewprepared BOQs. · Prepare project cost plan andshare with chief manager projects for approval to onboard project vendors. · Responsible for CostManagement and Tracking of all projects regularly to ensure completion withinallocated budgets. · Advise relevant stakeholdersabout variation in cost, if any and take prior approval in case the amountexceeds approved budget. · Ensure timely processing ofvendor bills via site managers as per Contracts / POs including advancespayments, running account bills and final bills. Do necessary checks ofmeasurements and relevant supporting documents wherever applicable to ensureproper certification by site managers · Ensure and support sitemanager to conduct proper project testing and commissioning before plannedproject handover.
