Tracking ofthese plans to be done throughout the duration of project. · CreationsPO on SAP as per agreed BOQ and releasing to vendors for execution and thenfurther post completion of works doing GRN / SRN for vendor payments post billscertifications. · Maintainclose communication with Project Manager, Design Manager, Cost &Procurement Manager, Design Consultants, and Developer to sort out designissues and coordinate design and site related activities. · CheckingMeasurements, certifying billing of all vendors and suppliers as per Contracts/ POs / WOs including advances payments, running account bills and final bills.Ensure all supporting documents including measurement sheets, ESI / PFdocuments, compliance documents etc. from vendors are enclosed and verifiedwith bills. · Managetechnical and financial close out of allocated projects within allocatedtimeline including submission of Handing over documents (Technical Operatingand Maintenance Manuals) to NSO / Store teams. Ensure Soft copies of all closeout documents are recorded in central server location as agreed with IT andLeadership · Manageschedule for every project by maintaining and tracking Master Project schedulewith project resources - Manpower, Material, and equipment.
