Settle all techno commercial disputes/ clarifications during execution of project. · To conduct Quality / Safety Audits to ensure adherence toQuality and Safety norms across the entire course of projectexecution. · To prepare Estimates, Bill of Quantities, Material Take Off,Estimation of Resources, and Productivity data, Preparation &Submission of Bills, Processing of Contractors Bills. · To manage contractual correspondence, raise and settle contractualclaims with respect to cost and time. · To prepare Tender / Contract documents for various work itemsincluding contractual terms and conditions,technical specifications and commercial terms. **Project Control** · To prepare master schedules for all projects including ResourceSchedules, Execution methodologies, Milestones, CashFlow projections and Budgets. · To prepare and monitor resource requirements based onthe budgetary parameters, make changes in the same as per revised schedules andbudgets. · To ensure the smooth functioning of the project in terms ofquality, time, cost; including Quantity Surveying and Billing of theproject. · To track and control cost accruals based with respectto budgets.
