Job summary

Meritus Management Service is seeking an experienced professional to manage MEP/Electrical project execution in a dynamic environment. You will plan schedules, allocate manpower and procurement, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless MEP delivery.

The role requires strong MEP knowledge, proficiency in project planning and billing, and leadership to drive problem-solving and effective coordination on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Strong MEP knowledge with expertise in project planning, BOQ, billing, variations and MEP coordination.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera/MS Project, team leadership and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants & contractors on MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for MEP/Electrical project execution.
