Reports to: Senior Director, Mentora Labs, USA
Location: Preference NCR, India
Type: Full-time
Within every human being lies a soul — a mystic core of peace, wisdom, love, joy, courage, and creativity. This is the most practical truth about human nature that exists. History's most transformative leaders — from Lincoln to Mandela, Gandhi to Mother Teresa — operated from this core. And it is available to every human being, in every role, in every moment.
The structures are weakening, but the yearning is deepening. The old vessels are cracking, but the water of spirit is seeking new forms. What the world most needs now are awakened souls — and, more specifically, the leaders, teachers, coaches, parents, ministers, and changemakers who can awaken those souls and carry that awakening into every institution they touch.
Mentora's mission is to bridge the mystical and the material — to develop soul-awakened leaders, teachers, coaches, parents, and changemakers who advance the frontiers of possibility by realizing their soul's potential and igniting that realization in others. Through them, we help build inspired cultures: families, teams, organizations, communities, and movements where people come together joyfully to do their life's most beautiful work in service of a noble cause.
Imagine what you could build here. Mentora Labs is the research and diagnostics engine of Mentora — and it is at a pivotal moment. A nationally representative spirituality research study is moving into fielding. A suite of proprietary organizational diagnostic instruments is in active psychometric validation. A cross-industry consortium is in its publication sprint. A Research Advisory Board is being assembled. Until now, project management for the Labs has been shared and fractional. This is the hire that changes that. The person who steps into this role becomes the operational foundation that allows the science to move.
You bring proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream operations — ideally in a research, consulting, or professional services environment where the stakes are high and the stakeholders are many. You know how to hold a plan together when things are moving fast.
Experience in survey research operations will serve you well here — specifically vendor management, panel fielding, data delivery, and the QA discipline that sits between raw data and clean deliverables. Familiarity with panel providers such as YouGov, NORC AmeriSpeak, Ipsos KnowledgePanel, or Gallup is a genuine advantage.
Beyond the technical, we are looking for someone who brings:
Mission as their north star. Someone for whom Mentora's purpose connects with what is already naturally in their heart — who uses that mission as their guide when making decisions, engaging with others, and dealing with everyday matters.
An ownership mindset. Someone who asks themselves — given these circumstances, what would I do if this were my company — who pursues their goals with passion, finds ways around problems, and proactively helps close gaps beyond the boundaries of their role. Someone who always strives to bring solutions to colleagues, clients, and partners.
Clarity in thought and communication. Someone who strives to be clear in their thoughts and words, who disciplines their mind to think clearly and logically at all times and in all situations, and who steps back regularly to ask — how will what I am doing right now move the needle, and is what I am doing truly delivering value.
Curiosity over certainty. Someone who stays hungry for learning, more insights, and more ideas — who inquires, listens, ideates, explores, and redefines their approach as they learn new things about themselves, others, and situations.
We define an Inspired Organization as one where people come together joyfully to do their life's most beautiful work and achieve breakthrough performance in service of a noble cause. This is the culture you will be joining — and helping to build.
