Job summary

NexTurn Inc. in Hyderabad seeks an experienced IT Operations leader to drive CloudOps, SRE, and platform engineering across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will shape a scalable operating model, guide modernization efforts, and own IaC patterns and CI/CD automation.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication, governance, and delivery accountability to support large-scale transformation and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, Project Management, or IT Program Management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes: incident, change, problem, request, release, service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure, CloudOps, SRE, AIOps, DevOps, and platform operations teams.
• Manage large-scale infrastructure operations across cloud, hybrid cloud, private cloud, and on-prem environments.
• Build and mature a scalable CloudOps operating model for enterprise infrastructure.
• Define operational strategies for modernization, automation, resiliency, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Drive on-call operations, incident response, escalation management, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee platform maintenance including upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management.
• Own Infrastructure as Code patterns, Terraform governance, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure deployment safety.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, Project Management, or IT Program Management.
• AWS Bedrock
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, request management, release management, and service management.
• Hands‑on experience in project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, application, service desk, and business teams.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to provide leadership updates.
• Strong documentation, governance, follow‑up, escalation management, and delivery ownership skills.

Desired Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certification.
• Experience managing CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, AIOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Operations projects.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud or multi‑cloud environments.

• Manage large‑scale infrastructure operations across cloud, hybrid cloud, private cloud, and on‑premises environments.
• Build and mature a scalable CloudOps operating model for enterprise infrastructure.
• Define operational strategies for modernization, automation, resiliency, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Manage team priorities, delegate work, remove blockers, mentor engineers, and drive delivery accountability.
• Oversee platform maintenance, including upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup validation, and lifecycle management.
• Lead on‑call operations, incident response, escalation management, service restoration, and root cause analysis.
• Drive operational excellence through runbooks, SOPs, dashboards, observability, post‑incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Release Management, Infrastructure Security, Engineering, Development, PMO, and IT Business Partners.
• Partner with project managers and PMO teams for milestone alignment, dependency tracking, delivery feasibility, and risk management.
• Support business stakeholders with infrastructure impact assessments, requirement shaping, and business case support.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms meet high standards for availability, security, compliance, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Own Infrastructure as Code patterns, Terraform governance, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure deployment safety.
• Drive transformation from traditional infrastructure operations to automation‑first operating models.
• Conduct technical reviews, audits, assessments, documentation reviews, and operational readiness checks.
• Manage Agile planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and operational work tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, working practices, automation, and business processes.
