About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee interior projects from initial design handover through to site handover. In this role, you will manage site execution, coordinate between design teams, contractors, and vendors, track project budgets and timelines, and ensure top-tier quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision:
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring work aligns with approved 2D drawings, 3D renders, and technical details (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, POP, painting, polishing).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure finishing quality, safety compliance, and defect identification early in the process.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Coordinate with specialised sub-contractors (civil, modular kitchens, wardrobes, MEP, false ceiling, loose furniture).
• Manage procurement, tracking material deliveries (laminates, veneers, hardware, tiles, lighting) to avoid site downtime.
• Timeline & Budget Tracking:
• Develop and maintain project Gantt charts / schedules, ensuring milestones and handover deadlines are met.
• Verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), track site measurements, approve contractor measurement sheets, and control material wastage.
• Client & Design Team Coordination:
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates and milestone reports.
• Work closely with interior designers and architects to resolve on-site snags, design clashes, and technical revisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience:[3–6] years of proven experience managing end-to-end interior execution (residential villas/apartments, retail, or commercial offices).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in reading AutoCAD working drawings, structural layouts, and electrical/plumbing schematics.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (MS Excel, MS Project).
• In-depth understanding of interior materials, fittings, joinery details, and finishing techniques (modular vs. site-built carpentry, PU/Duco paint, veneer polishing).
• Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, site conflict resolution, vendor management, and clear client-facing communication.
