Job summary

Bhagirath Narayan Constructions is seeking a Project Manager for industrial construction projects across Maharashtra. You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Establish and track project budget, expenses and cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain schedules ensuring milestones are met and delays mitigated.
• Oversee allocation and utilization of personnel, equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards; conduct inspections.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Industrial Construction to oversee entire project lifecycle of industrial construction projects across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes across diverse industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
