Job summary

Arms Infrabuild is seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance & Brownfield Projects engineer to execute and supervise industrial ventures across Maharashtra. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities, manage BOQ, estimation, billing, and documentation, and ensure safety and timely completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Eng with 4–8 years' experience in industrial construction, familiar with AutoCAD and MS Excel, and capable of independent delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Construction, Brownfield Projects, Plant Maintenance, Renovation, or Shutdown Projects.
• Strong knowledge of Site Execution, Billing, Estimation, BOQ, and Quantity Surveying.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, client coordination, and team management skills.
• Experience in factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or industrial facilities.
• Willing to travel to project sites across Maharashtra.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects within committed timelines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
• Manage multiple project sites and maintain proper project documentation.
