Job summary

UST in India seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor and deliver technology projects, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will lead end-to-end delivery and manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and change management, with hands-on SDLC, cloud concepts, and PM methodologies across hybrid/Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or project leadership roles.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, development, testing, infrastructure, and support.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and status reviews.
• Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and quality requirements.
• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices.
