The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of HVAC project experience, strong technical knowledge and excellent communication/negotiation skills, with the ability to manage several sites concurrently.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of HVAC Project Management experience for commercial/industrial projects.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, estimation, scheduling tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple sites in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: prepare schedules, resource planning and timely delivery.
• Site Management: oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing and commissioning.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and teams.
• Budget & Cost Control: monitor budgets, BOQ, billing and cost variance.
• Team Leadership: lead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors; ensure productivity and safety.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure compliance with HVAC standards, safety norms and contracts.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs and closure documents.

The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities: – Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects

• *Site Management*: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites

• *Client & Stakeholder Coordination*: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
