Job summary

Sanvi Business Solutions in Chennai is hiring a Project Manager for end-to-end HVAC project execution at the West Mogappair site. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in commercial and industrial projects and hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, and contractors; manage budgets, prepare DPR, WPR, and MOMs, and ensure safety, quality, and ISHRAE compliance. Salary is Rs 60,000–70,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in HVAC Project Management – Must have handled Commercial / Industrial projects – Offices, Malls, Factories, Hospitals
• B.E / http://B.Tech Mechanical preferred – Diploma with strong experience can apply
• Strong knowledge of VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, HVAC drawings & estimation
• Tools: MSP / Primavera MS Office – Advanced Excel
• Must handle multiple sites in Chennai simultaneously – Two / Four wheeler must
• Must be based in Chennai – West Mogappair base

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning & execution – Prepare project schedules, resource & material planning as per BOQ & timelines
• Oversee site installation – Ducting, copper piping, insulation, testing & commissioning – Daily site supervision
• Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors & architects – MOM handling
• Monitor budgets, BOQ, RA bills, cost variance & ensure project profitability
• Lead team of 10-20 Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians & Subcontractors – Ensure productivity, safety & quality
• Ensure work as per ISHRAE standards, safety norms & contractual requirements
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MOMs, RFIs, material approvals & project closure documents
